It’s none of our business. This has been spoken about before.

Nothing is ever anyone’s business. But when public figures and celebrities hit the news like this, it is only natural for people to ask…and rightfully so IMO. People like this are role models to some - if something changes that, we deserve to know.

It’s been a thread on here already. That was locked and this one will be I expect. I’m with @golders we do not have a right to know, I cannot see why the public need to know everything about everything.

One of the two has vanished from social media so you can guess it’s a serious matter.
Unless you are personally involved with it it’s not in the public domain and nor should it be.

I hope this thread gets locked as well.

If it means that much to you, Why don’t you drive down to Sussex and demand to know what’s happened. Then share it with anyone who will listen- I’m sure there will be many.

I think this should be locked as no good will come if this discussion

My only point was - why are you so quick to be critical of the first two posters? Public figures and social media celebrities are held to a different standard. Unless you know the guy personally and are trying to protect him for some reason (in which case I understand your motivation), what is behind this attempt to put down a fairly normal question? If this was a case of a personal tragedy, then yes we all need to be respectful of the individual. But if it’s a matter of crime, then I’m afraid a social media celebrity doesn’t get to be protected with as much fervour as you demonstrated.

But yes, let’s lock this down.

Nah let’s keep it open and have an open discussion!it’s like a morgue in here at the moment. I dislike trial by media but can understand peoples morbid curiosity.

I just felt for Dan Jadeviks, and I’m really pleased for him that’s he’s made a comeback. Comes across really well does Dan, and to be honest I’d consider myself a fan of his.

Dan is good but regardless of whatever has happened other chap looked good when batting in nets

I don’t think his runs and scored in league were as good which was surprising

It’s a shame they didn’t do more videos of the bats they had , recently I think they were using some stunners

The other guy came across as a bit of a show pony

Seemed to work well together with Kez seemingly the better player and Dan the more clubbie loves cricket kind of chap. But it must be something pretty big to totally leave social media and a fast growing platform. No idea if he is even still

I feel almost proud of Dan for how he has bounced back though. Seems like a good guy. Maybe a new duo will form at some point.

That’s exactly why it worked. They had that down to earth feel of a couple of blokes from any cricket club and people could relate to that
