Some of the best gloves that I've seen are the new Woodworms, they have genuine Pittards, plastozone ( i think ) plastic protection, very comfy, and good protection :)

can't go wrong with puma gloves really, light and protective. Also had Kook Rp's which were good but a bit weighty compared to pumas.

The Newbery I had were very nice too! Had sps 1's and grizzly blues.

and what you were saying Tom about the less padding sometimes better, is demonstrated by the fact that the 909 GM gloves are much bigger and bulkier, but all the pros use much smaller thinner gloves, just with better padding/density, or however else you explain it :)

pittards palm, yes, normal foams and protection apart from that.....£95...doubtful!....£35....more realistic for a brand that went under and others have repalced them

They are absolutely quality gloves. but not worth the £95 by any stretch of the imagination

£35 though is an absolute bargain :)

Hi CD

Didnt really see any gloves and pads from Salix last year.
So I can't be 100% sure. But I am 99% sure there were updates in their softs.
I do rate their softs, and their bats look awesome with the updated profiles, models, and stickers for 2011.
I wonder if I could persuade Andrew to use the new stickers on any refurbs? It's worth sending my Praestantia and Fera in for a refurb if they would use the new stickers!  8)

Thanks mate. I appreciate it.

I really like Salix gloves but the price tag pulls me back. Will try to look for bargain in 2010 model. I really don't mind using an "outdated" pair of gloves.

It would be great. Oh if I buy a Salix 2010 now in sale and then send it for restickering. Would that be possible?

Mind sharing the link for new Woodworm gloves? Would be interested in seeing them.

Thanks Tom!

Good work by CA. Wonder why they don't use original Pittards in their own gloves (CA). I guess it would make them expensive and no one in Pakistan would be willing to pay that price.

What makes you think CA makes Woodworms gloves?

I once emailed them and they said that CA makes Woodworm plus when you go on CA's website you will see Woodworm banner there as well.

I have spoken and read few retailers on this forum saying they have seen Woodworm at CA factory.
