Just discovered that Woodstock have moved from Sussex to Craven Arms - about 10 mins down the road from me in Shropshire.

This is going to be expensive...

Hopefully they have a showroom and it's not just the blokes shed

I have bought one a few weeks back (before I was done by the jnee injury). USed that in 1 game and it is a very nice bat. As good as the Black Cats and GN Legends I have owned.

John's service was excellent and the bat arrived within 3 days of ordering.

I had asked for a bat in 2lb9oz with 2 grips, big long middle (mid to low) and big edges. What I got was a absolute stunner. Bang on weight 2lb9oz with 2 grips, hammer edge, stickers and toe guard. Almost 35mm edges and massive and very responsive middle.

The bat has 8-9 grains but goes like a rocket. The balance and pick-up is very very good (better than on my Legend and Black Cat).

A couple of team mates used my bat and very very impressed and we have ordered 7 more bats from John (two bats will be signed by Freddie and auctioned during our end of the season do).

I can easily say possibly the best bats and service and to top it up, John's offered us a good deal as well.

Ludlow, Craven Arms mate. Emailed the bloke tonight. I spoke to him when this thread started and totally forgot he said he was relocating.

Woodstock offered good deals/discounts to all Mote players this year, few of the boys have got woodstock bats, must say they all look top notch and perform really well. Decent stickers too

Ah ok mate, thought you might have played. Did you play this week when Bell-Drummond gave the Mote a bit of a bashing?

Apologies for activating an old thread but I seen a Woodstock Airstream yesterday here in Aus for the first time.... OMFG did that thing ping.. Not a big fan of the mirror stickers but they certainly attracted attention.
