What is your test avg jeet? 38 is decent for a middle order player which bell is
So you've changed Bell from class to decent middle order player? Make your mind up pal.

I'm an umpire, so I don't have an average....

Bend words if you want I said it is decent FOR a middle order player not that he IS a decent middle order player but hey I'm sure you know alot more than me ;) but his avg is 42 against all opponents so not bad for someone who has underachieved I would be happy for a test avg of 42 but guess your better than that

Well I give 100% at everything I try, so I'd probably average 100 ;)

Everyone in the cricketing world knows Bell can be better, but over the last year he has been an outstanding player for club and country. Jeet you said earlier about taking his average against Bangladesh out of the equation and it's around 38, but most of the top-10 batsmen currently in the world don't have an outrageous average against Bangladesh, maybe 60's etc.

And it has been said that when Bell has came up against the old, successful Aussie team he has not excelled but against that bowling attack of Warne, Lee, McGrath etc not many batsmen in the world have put that attack to the sword. Ian Bell is a very, very good player, and on form he is one of the best players in the world. However that is only my opinion and yours, I'm sure, will differ.

That's what everyones tried to say- I suggest we leave the '100-average' Jeet to his opinions..
