I'd say keep KP in. I think he'll click in a massive test series, softer Kookaburra ball, average bowling attack, hard wickets....

Yeah definitely for the 1st 3 or so tests, he should find some form, I feel! I hope so anyway!

KP will have a huge series - he aspires to greatness and is lusting for the biggest stage.

I will even put my money where my mouth is - I will be puting a bet ok KP scoring a ton in the first test, Morgan will only feature in this series if someone gets injured... He will get a go though in the future.

100% agree- atm I think Strauss is the best opener in the world! He is in a rich vein of form, just when England need it the most- England are looking very good, shaping up towards the first test, though it's a bit of a Shame KP isn't in Great form though- might think of dropping him for Morgan mid-way through the series if he doesn't perform...

Sehwag best opener in the world, followed by Graeme Smith

Rankings would back up my statement. Sehwag 3, Smith 7 and Strauss 26.

Ok maybe: but right now Strauss is the best of the three I think.

Again unsure how you claim that, but I'll leave this now

Difference is I back up my claims with stats, but as I mentioned in my previous post, I won't be posting again to this topic.

Not the one about bell. Not everything has to be backed up by stats- smith is out of form, sehwag is somewhat hit and miss, but Strauss is consistent and in firm ATM, I'm sure people on here agree too..,

Sehwag 1200 runs at 67 this year, 5 tons and 6 50's(including a 99 and 96). Current series vs NZ averaging 150+. Hit and miss? I think not.

Sehwag is playing in india on pitches that are flatter than keira knightlys chest, strauss on the other hand has been playing in bowler friendly conditions and pitches in england. You can't claim opinion as fact by bringing up stats which are irrelevant.
