Why are pros only allowed to have 1 logo showing on their pads?

advertising regulations state that only 1 logo is allowed, specific sizes etc have to be adhered to due to this in terms of logo ???

the ones we did with CCC which Benning/Taylor/Harbhajan/Onions wore were exactly the same as what we supplied to the shops as they used the same materials in them. Same applies to the pads now as gave Dave Wade a set of Elite pads/gloves which hes happy with...

if we were to supply an international player though who will be facing 90mph+ may tweak the materials a touch as they arent worried about cost price of the product as their personal protection is more important than having something that is cost effective to makret id think!

Did you give Dave Wade a set of pads to First Class specs or is he going to cover the logo with tape?

yeh if he needs some..coloured pads are always tricky and u rely on the co-operation of your supplier to help u out with these as its not like your going to order up a large quantity of them :(

yeh cant see how its a major issue for the sake of a 30mm x 30mm logo either in all honesty

I just rang kookaburra asking if it would be possible to get a pair of the ones the pros use but they said they are made to their specs and that they're not available :(

The only difference in our pads is in the logo's and straps as the ICC regulate those very strictly.

Maybe they will send you some when they sponsor you next season.
