Aero Inners
« on: February 07, 2011, 10:31:18 AM »

Wondered if phillip@aero could tell us anymore about these beauties! At £25 they must be special but just why are they setting themselves apart form other inners??

cheers

tbh i think they look like decent inners the added padding on the glove its self looks very unique. I would think reduces the impact of the ball a grate deal

Simmy what inners do you tend to use? Pure cotton or are you a chamois sort of bloke?

I find that chamois take the feeling away and the palms on my gloves are hard enough (need softening really)

ive used both in the past mate...

i think ive got cotton at the moment. not 100% keen on them cos its hard if i wanna flick a glove off and have a go at the stumps cos there quite thick.

these are them and i nicked them out of fletchuk's bag lol

no matter what type i use i soak them both in water 1st anyway

Mine are loosening up, the palms are a little thicker but they will soften up the more I use them. Was keeping to a bowling machine last night on 70 standing up and that seems to be working.

only issue i had with all chamios 1's where when playing for league team keeping againts one of are league openers he bowls like high 70's. my hands where stinging really bad and had ended up with like solid calcium deposit at top of my parms. since  changing to these inners no problems at all.
i also changed my keeping gloves as well tho

Yeah my hands took a battering last night, seen the slazenger inners so think I will give those a go, they are full cotton though. suppose your hands get used to the pain as the season goes on
