our injury ravaged side was in a such a bad way we had to play with 3 injured players and missing 3 of our senior bowlers. No matter, I opened the bowling and had my first trundle of the season, after 7 games, picking up 5-33. Should've been more but our keeper missed a stumping when standing up to me and I had a dropped catch at 2nd slip. Bowled 4 of the 5 guys, which was nice and a switch of ends helped after our kiwi superstar got the wind direction wrong. They limped to 114-8 off 45 and we did it for 4 in 26 overs. Another straight forward day at the office.

Ah right, well at least the team is doing well! Personal form willcome sooner or later.
Yeah it is, well i think. They always stick us in, because last year there was a massive argument that nearly ended in a fight, because one of there guys called Nalaka a cheat.

He had problems with his visa and what not, so hes only just got it and been able to get over, his new bat is gorgeous on a kit point! haha

We hit 271-6, with yours truly helping to add 100 off the last 10 (54* off 33 - 3x4, 5x6). They got out of the traps quickly but couldn't keep it up and ended on 245-9. Good day all round.

We won after posting 215, and bowled them out for 139....other side hadn't lost in 2 seasons after consecutive promotions and winning their 1st 3 this season too.

Scored a cheeky 58 no at #7 and split the toe of the beast :( need some tlc to revive it

We won again today 3 on the bounce now. We got 231-5 including 78* from me. Bowled them out for 180, happy days.

won! Bowled rival team out for 122 in 44 overs. Knocked them off without loss in 17 overs. Our 17 year old opener was immense and hit 80ish. Didnt bowl, didnt bat, but still disappointed to be asked to bat 6 given that we had 2 guys up from the 3rds this week. Means i have coined a new nickname though. 'the prisoner'

Great work, I guess some of their guys didn't even bat last year in div 2 so are a bit out of form.
We lost today. Oppo got 260 odd, one guy got 147 and we dropped him on 70 :(
We were all out for 178. Got 19 and was just starting to get going when I was caught 1 handed full stretch off a full toss. Gutted! Lowest score this year is 18 and highest 37, surely a big one is round the corner...

Frampton Cotterell, few years now since we played you. Millard didn't do much against us, was mainly the Webb and Elliott show.
