A mate of mine found a SS Turbo (I think) LE in a pawn shop here a few months ago. Bat looks in used but prestine condition, I can't believe he found it here!!, Will try and get some pics on the weekend when I see him. He has no clue what it is and like an idiot started taking some stickers off it...I almost cut his hands off!!

I was wondering whether it was an Aussie Powerspot. SOmeone asked about the Runmaker in 2009:

It's too late to be a forerunner to the powerspot; it looks as though it's from the late 80s early 90s and the runmaker was  very low in the model range at GN

Thanks guys always wanted to know what it was. Was my first cricket bat got it for $2 from a garage sale so i think pretty good. Learnt how to play cricket with that bat and to this day is still my favorite bat.

Here's another that I picked up recently. It's the Hunts County Modulus, complete with Honeycomb. This is an odd sized bat, have the label "M" on the top of the handle.

The bat is the same width as a standard blade but has an SSH handle and a slightly shorted blade. Anyone know much about Hunts sizing from that time?

I tried to buy one of these roughly 15 years ago and the supplier told me that they'd had loads of returns and that they were a pain in the butt, then gave me a lovely 5 crown Insignia for the same price, which proved to be a brilliant bat!

No. It's all in proportion. I thought it might have been a Harrow like size.

The blade is definitely shorter though. I'll measure it for you tomorrow.
