Cool to see some discussion earlier in this thread about one of my bats ! :-

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=745593934
http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=655396863

(different ads for the same bat which I placed on our TradeMe website here in NZ).

No takers so I decided to keep it :)

I've also had a GN500 (Powerline version), a DF Magnum (beautiful), GM Maxi Autograph (heavy), GN Viper Players etc. Was very tempted recently to buy this SS Jumbo :-

http://www.ebay.com/itm/SS-Jumbo-Full-Size-Cricket-Bat-/271477811793?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2047675.l2557&nma=true&si=jRUK%252B9rWSbx7EJ1AbzWQh8bzEgo%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc

Kinda wish I had now at that price, but I bought an SP Master Flatback instead which I'm just as happy to have, see the St Peter bats thread :-

Cheers!

Vivwiniata - I believe I purchased the Magnum your talking about, on Trademe a while back!

We talk about embossed stickers etc on here, but I defy any current bat to look as good as that!
The branding is pure class

The kookaburra stickers are original.
The Grey nicolls scoop sticker is original . But the legend stickers are from eBay . The old gn front and top back stickers were in bad condition

Managed to get my hands on this little number. It's a bit of a twig really, but I do remember David Gower using them. As far as I recall, this is the second generation of stickers. Anyhow, as a bit of a blast from the past...
