So here is the complete collection of Vintage Bats that reside in my loft for most of the time. A rare day out to see the sun for them today (well, what there was of it).

First up, the Slazengers:

Then the Gray Nicholls with the new addition original GN500 Pro Balance:

The smallish collection of Hunts County bats, with  new Modulus, that has H on the handle, but is 0.25 inches shorter than a SH:

And finally the bits and bobs bats. A couple of GMs and a couple of Kooks with funny back...

All in all, not so small a collection of elderly willow!

Can't view most of the photos on office computer due to restrictions!!! As many have said on many occasions on this forum, there should be a way members can upload the photos directly with perhaps a limit on number / size so that the server does not get clogged.

Not many fat edges amongst that lot, but a fair few I wanted as a kid, that V500 is lovely for a low grade!

What I particularly enjoy is the general lack of discernibly huge bows. Proper bats.

Believe it's the mid grade - IIRC they were lowest grade Super, Mid-grade Select and top grade 5*. Then later the Ultimate came along.

Didn't know the Ultimate came along later, just presumed the Select was the 2nd lowest of 4, also have vague memories of a Supreme around the same time, maybe instead of the 5*.

aside from the Vaping thread (!) this has got to be the best viewing on the forum  :)

I got 2 of David Milins pro bats(leics quick now an umpire I think) years ago, same style stickers as these and they were brilliant bats.
One was a Spirit and one an Insignia.

the original Dynadrive from the GN batch is my fav of these beauties shown above.

'they don't make them like they used to'  :)

Who do you think that Reflex came from...?

As an aside, if anyone wants specific profile shots, you've 24 hours to get the requests in. Then they go away and hide once more!
