DOn't take it personally but it is silly if you won't take your defected pads and gloves to your retailer, GM won't come to your doorstep with a replacement or refund cheque

Silly if you live 100 miles away? Oh that's fine il pay the petrol or postage out of my own back pocket for something which is a manufacturing fault

If you bought them in a shop, that's unfortunate, but also the risk you take, even though the product shouldn't fall apart.

If you bought them online, then you can return them and ask that postage that you paid originally is refunded (which is perfectly legitimate and the retailer is supposed to refund that), which means you end up at a loss of about a fiver.

Yes, I know you are 17 and don't have a great paying job, but your options are do that, and take a small hit or sit there and moan and get no sympathy and no return. Have you even spoken to the retailer and sent them the pictures you have posted on here? That would not be a bad place to start.

You'd have a better chance of sorting this unfortunate series of events if you return them to your retailer instead of whinging to a forum which might be visited by a person from the Unicorn Group.

The sooner you go the better, as softs warranties are alot shorter than a bat warranty. My puma gloves that fell apart and had a 3 month waranty, I had the problem in my 4th month, but I hadnt worn the much so they sent them away and in the end gave me a store credit.

That's all good. I'm not sure what GM's softs warranty is like, but I thought I'd just give you a heads up so you knew.
