Sorry mate, you're making it really difficult for everyone to a) give a flying rats ass about your question by being so rude, or b) let any-one give you specific useful information, through not telling us the whole story. Decide what you want and come back to us :)

Are you genuinely good enough to get into a good 1st class county set ups team that has probably already been picked due to time of the year...if not it wouldn't be worth carrying on this topic surely?

Im not intending to be rude i just mean you will probably have to be exceptional to walk in to the team like you are thinking, they might just say come back next year

I would tend to agree with Kieran here mate. I think you're setting yourself up for a massive fall, and huge disappointment. If you didn't get in last time, and you haven't been invited back, then you probably stand little to no chance unless you can speak to the head youth coach direct.

There are no other ways to get picked mate, it's trials or through an EPP programme which you won't be in.

Then you need to get on another one by begging the county coach or cricket development officers. I very much doubt anyone will 'see' you and say 'wow, he needs to be playing county cricket'. Just don't get your hopes up will you because there are probably 100+ better cricketers that also aren't playing county cricket.

Why, have you seen me play, how do you know how much I have improved?

IMHO sounds like you're at the wrong club if you're so far off the county's radar

I've said it before but if you are at any kind of league club they will receive info on trials but your club has either:
A. Not bothered doing anything with the information
B. let the email go to junk
C. Made the decision that they don't have anybody worthy of nominating

I got into Lincolnshire when I was 17. They paid for us to spend a weekend training at Trent Bridge with all the senior squads. First day went really well for me, but then everyone went out on the beers on the Saturday night. I got carried away and had far too many. Ended up calling the head coach a C U Next Tuesday... And so ended my county career :(
Mark Fell? Don't blame you.
