My mate Mossy yesterday, who used to play for my village club, smashed an unbelievable 302* in 45 overs. And on his birthday of all days!

This weeks report in the Worcester evening news of my mates innings on Saturday. Beating the previous best league score set by Steve Adshead, although  in a much higher league. Wish I had been there to see it. Good advert for local bat makers Hawk.

I've just started playing for Tanworth & Camp Hill, having played for them years ago when I was a kid. Only played 2 games, which were their only 2 wins of the season.  I missed the game at your place a few weeks ago. Here you have a lovely ground.

Nice when these innings are played by a "regular" player and not an ex pro having a laugh playing for the 3rd xi or something. Well done that man.

Nice set of guys at Tanworth. Dave your skipper is a decent, honest bloke.

Yer we do have a lovely ground. Real shame we won't be visiting you next year!

Always like to have a look at the national play cricket stats to see who is scoring runs both through the season and in one off games. You also see the odd ridiculous scorecard!

This one doesn't look like too much of a friendly to me! Did he really need to bowl in the 2nd innings?

A win by 470 runs including 2 double tons! Anyone know anything about the 'Gould' family?

Poor old Noah White must of wondered what he did wrong to earn 5 overs for 92! How did you think it went? "Skip I've gone for 18 in my first, 18 in my second, 18 in my third and 18 in my fourth", "just give me one more Noah"....

Poor lad, at least he didn't go for a ton.

At what point do you think these sides say enough is enough?  When you pump up 500, you have to be 350 in 30 overs and realise you are playing a bunch of kids who won't get close?
