What brand is your thighpad and inner thighpad Tom? Protection and finish looks really comfy.



Kit from today....annoyed after denting the toe of my bat trying to drive a yorker :(

Obviously going for the bradbury look. Pity I can't get my hands on the english bradbury thigh pad otherwise i'd buy it. Apparently it goes alright according to the Wisden guide. Ahh well...i suppose you can't see the thigh pad anyway so in terms of looks I've got it all down.

Yeah it's a very good size (100cm x 37cm x 35cm) and has a lot of pockets which is the main thing. I've got all my kit from Greg Chappell Cricket Centre in Melbourne. thigh pad are aero p1's mate yeah they are very good, just need to get s better way to keep the velcro attached as seems to come undone now they have seen a bit of use!

are they the v6's or the ones with the huge hip thing, if they are the latter did you take the hip thing out?

not the newer ones and got rid of the hip thingy...friday was ok didnt drink too much only 8-9 pints i think so slight headache yesterday rather than raging hangover :)

Just a quick comparism of the oversized GT profile that ill be giving ago shortly with any luck :) at 2.12 with 2 grips its the same weight as the scat so should make the perfect 2nd bat.
