Out of interest whats the heaviest and lightest clefts B3 have had Dave?

The stats around that would be fascinating to see.

392 is the density of the cleft before it is machined - it is how B3 calculate which bat shape fits with which cleft for the weight.

i.e. B3 know the volume of the cleft as they are cut to a standard size, then they weigh the cleft which gives them the density. pretty sensible really. Their computer can then work out how much the bat will weigh when made.

A typical cleft is around 400

Indeed it is around 400 as Buzz says we can get a bat through the density to around 0.2 of a ounce correct.

Shown here.

We are the only people in the world to offer this exact science to the general public to our understanding.

Imagine two bats exact same size yet one is 350 and one is 400 the 400 would be 2-10 and the 350 would be 2-5 yet the same size.

Gents, just to remind you, we don't accept language that Chris Moyles got admonished for. Please choose your words very judiciously.

I'm probably being dense, but I can't see the buttefly bats on the website, even under the custom heading?

Where should I be looking and what do they retail at?

Thanks :)
