Here are the three I ordered.

The first one is one I'm keeping for myself (choice based on pick-up) and the other two go to team-mates. The guy who reacted first gets first choice out of the two.

They all tap up very well. Just some better than others. The first one 2lb 8oz has a larger profile than the other two (2lb 9 and 2lb 10) and also taps up better. I would have thought the heartwood and blemishes would make the other two rebound better straight away.

This is the one I've received

Not the greatest looking but it's quite a decent size, here it is compared to my 3lb Redback

I've not managed to weigh it yet but I'd guess its on the heavier end of the weight range. Used it against bola balls in a coaching session and it felt good, certainly a bargain for £20 especially as it's a longer blade which is something I wanted to try out.

Did anyone else buy the cheap slaz spikes too? Tried them on and they feel comfy but I just wondered if anyone had used them yet.

Here's one of mine now that it is oiled, waxed and knocked in. Weighs 2lb 9.9 oz, maximum edge size 38mm.

For a mass-produced bat, that looks really nice. Hope it performs as well as it looks.
Not convinced by the double spine design though. What's the thinking behind it?
More forgiving of off-centre shots?
Or are two middles just better than one?  ;)

Well, as tremendous a price as these are - has anyone actually used theirs yet, and are they all rather predictably going to be 'absolute guns' or might some of them be planks?

Only a couple and didn't really look beyond the price. Pleased with the one I have, photographed above. Seems better than average.

Managed to use yours yet? I'm knocking in one at the moment and response is good.  Still have a couple spare if people are interested.

They've dropped to £50 ($A90) today. Just saying.
