The other side, a chap the likes a slow and steady day out at the cricket, who believes the biffers and competitive run scorers are ruining it.
Don't think eithers gonna win really.
Agreed, hence on Sunday's or in friendly stuff (and yes, Sunday league is basically friendlies ) you have to play in a way which suits the majority. So, no point is turning up, batting first amd smashing 300+ and then skittling a side for 150 because they are demoralised and know they don't stand a prayer.
Similer you don't take the mick and bowl joke bowlers with 5 slips to gift meaningless runs.
All about balance and making it fun for 22 blokes, otherwise you may not have a game as less and less want to play.
