It's the MCC grading stamp confirming it conforms to all levels of cricket.

So even the most recent 50mm gn Signatures were made prior to the new bat regulations?

Dredging this one up. Just wondering what the deal is with the "A" stamped on the back down near the toe? Looking at pictures on here im pretty sure Ive seen two GN 50+, one with the A stamp, the other without. If it indicates the grade of willow,  should both bats be sold at the same price? I assume they are. Can anyone clarify? Thnx
It usually means Made in Australia.

Actually, i think this was what i remembered. However, Aussiecollector did say that the A indicates grade of willow. Still as clear as mud!  :D

Bat on ebay with the stamps R and either O or C, anyone know what this tells us about the bat?

They won't catch us this time! Not this time! They haven't spotted us! No, they're all snoring in their bunks! Or, you know what? They're drinking at the bar, celebrating our sinking! Not yet, my friends. Not yet!
