Toss Taylor does in fact join Notts

Overseas for first half of season!

Take it you're not a fan of his then?

Great signing given his ODI form - unless his injury will mean he barely features! I think Yorkshire had the same problem with Williamson a couple of years ago where he played a couple of matches then got injured.

I’m delighted but would prefer him all year!

With the amount of cricket played it's very hard to get an overseas player for the whole year. He's going to CPL this year as well.

Yorkshire have played a blinder this season - getting Pujara for the first half of the season and Williamson for the second.

Good news for Derbyshire, both John Wright and Dominic Cork will be returning for the Blast. John Wright was a success getting them to quarter finals, so they'll be hoping to get to Finals Day.

Just seen Sidebottom's gone to Surrey as a bowling coach. Great signing for them but it's a shame Yorkshire have lost such an experienced player in the team.

Difficult as they have Pyrah in as bowling coach.  But yes, annoying that Sid has temporarily joined the ranks of Silvers, Mags, Dawson, Fisher, Dizzy et al coaching elsewhere...

Sidebottom or Pyrah, hmm I know who I'd prefer

A good player doesn't always make a good coach, as Sidey Sr proved, and they can hardly be expected to sack Pyrah as hoc can they?
