I don't need a new bat...
I don't need a new bat...

@Six Sixes Cricket are you allowed to tell us the price of the Big Kahuna and Ghost Obscene?

Please share @Six Sixes Cricket as I want one of each...even though I am a weakling and they will be far too heavy for me!!

I need one of each in my life, just to really complete me  :)

Are these still made by SG?
if yes then why not go for SG at half the price  ;)

Because that wouldn't have shiny new Kookaburra stickers, and if I get a Kahuna I'll be able to bat just like Keaton Jennings... ;)

Big kahuna would be interesting as price is relatively low
If can find a great pick up one that picks lighter than static weight

Don't know the heritage of big kahuna...

£165 for a "grade 4" and £135 for a "grade 5"

It doesn't seem long ago these were the prices of the top end offerings... How times have changed!  :(

I remember picking out a first generation Big Kahuna (grade 1 I think) in the local Intersport... £100, and getting my dad to spend that much took some serious persuading!

What do you mean?
These Indian made kookaburra bats are great? Or that you can get better value bats that are also made in India?

anyone else slightly disappointed with the ghost softs?

love the updated bat (mainly stickers) but not a fan of the gloves! don't like the two sausage two split finger design!

never been a big fan of the UK pads mainly because my aus ones are so nice!
