Been pretty conservative with this beauty as a good few of our guys tend to pop up at nets with some pretty horrible balls.Been very lightly knocked in and used for a few rounds of fielding practice. Used in anger for the first time at nets this week (after a ball check), and goes every bit as well as it looks.Ironically the main issue I have is that I've gotten so used to crappy thin, weight saving handles that I'm not used to a bat where I don't need to use a double thickness chevron, but should just be a matter of using it to get used to it. Especially as UK made double chevrons seem to be a thing of the past now.
Your handle shapes are the best I have had in my days on custom bats and the one on my first one off you is like a trott and you only need a thin chevron. Will put my bats up very soon after a bit more use 1st one mate is a belter the copy 44cm edge one is being knocked in
Little video comparing one I've pressed and shaped, against a bat from a highly regarded batmaker. Thought it interesting to see the tap up....https://www.instagram.com/reel/CqjGFNKIfTT/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
Right. Make me that shape in 2.8lb please mate. Oh and cheap as chips too please...
Can't quite tell if there's a heavy dose of sarcasm here or not @potzy248? 😆
