Lovely new shape the Chroma from GM. Best off shelf bat maker for me. Never had a bad one. Also the brand I always recommend for juniors if custom is out with their budget. Preferred the 2019 stickers cosmetically to the current ones though.

I've picked up a couple of GM Chroma bats (both signature grade) and I have to admit that I am very impressed. Much more responsive then the last couple of GM bats I've had. The grip that comes with the bats isn't great but that can be changed very easily. Lovely shape (albeit with a thin toe). Overall very pleased and will keep both.

Does look a nice shape, but fairly generic. So is it just being well recieved here as it's �140 for the Signature? Or because it's a full shape? Or both? Just interested to know.

G2, full shape, duckbill and in a good range of weights for under �150 is a pretty good sales pitch. I think the full profile is probably the big factor, alongside the very good price for a G2 bat which has always been the appeal of the Signature bats.

As someone recently looking for a budget bat that is likely to perform well, look good ,then its a good deal - would have been very tempted but a bit of a sucker for a more under the radar bat brand, hence the B&S I got. Could well look for a harrow for my youngest as will outgrow his size 6 soon

Worth asking on here if you're looking for a quality harrow on a budget, always some bargains floating about.

For me, it was the pretty sizeable bat in the low weight, knowing GM meant there was a good chance of getting something well pressed. Then ofcourse being able to pick up something pretty low density as the one I have is under 2.7 with the CAD specs being the same.

All in for �130 definitely played a part too, but if something didn�t come up so light, looking like it did I wouldn�t have pulled the trigger I don�t think.

And what specs is it mate? How high is the middle on these?
