I'm on the hunt for the same, the Red Ink duffle is the most promising I've found so far.

I’ve got the A2 wheelie duffles in stock that have 3 bat pockets and plenty of space for kit.

I’ve got 1 of the limited edition red bags left too.

That bag looks like everything you would want in a duffle.

Until - Dream. Believe. Achieve. Surely the side wall would have been better left plain than with a profound inspirational quote on there.

Yeh it’s their company slogan that they use. I’ll pass on the info back to them though 👍

I have this one, can't seem to fit my helmet in the "shoe/helmet" compartment and definitely not a duffle suited for a wicketkeeper. I do like the side pockets with the silver thermal insulation material to help keep your drinks cold. It does have 3 bat compartments which is very good, and all of the other sections are well made and very handy. Overall quite good although I really do wish my helmet fit in the bottom part, then I feel it would be a top bag.

It does say 'helmet/boot pocket' which i assumed meant one or the other.

Does the helmet fit in main compartment ok along with normal batting softs?

Shoes do fit, helmets certainly don't. The helmet fits perfectly fine in the main compartment with batting softs, I just stick it at the bottom.

I have been looking for a while and ended up with a Surridge Pro elite duffle. Big side pockets easily fit pads. Separate bat section on the back - 2 dividers, but I've easily fitted 4 bats in there in padded sleeves and a sidearm.

Surridge make my club kit, so an extra £3 got an embroidered club crest

I recently got a Gray Nicholls Ultra over here in Australia. It’s the same as the GN550 Team Duffle over the in the UK, just rebranded differently for our market (it’s only a slightly different shade of blue really)

Has many compartments- bat cave, shoe, clothes/accessories, small side accessories, mesh/net, helmet and valuables pocket. I love sectioning out my gear so the helmet pocket was a necessity to me. So many nice bags out there are just let down by not having this imo. I like pads to go in their own side pockets too, which helps the bag stand up when loaded too. It doesn’t stand up as well once you remove the pads and bats, but that’s the case for most duffles that don’t have wheels I’ve found.

The helmet pocket can store gloves as well which I love. Fits full batting and keeping kit and still a decent amount of room left. Room for 3 bats but I will say it is a little misleading when it says “padded bat compartment”, as that really just means one side is padded (which also serves as the padding on your back when you are carrying it). The bat sleeves aren’t padded and there’s no padding on the side that sits next to the main compartment. It’s not an issue for me as I just use separate bat sleeves anyway (which I personally think are better) but I still think it’s cheeky to say padded bat cave when the reality it isn’t really.

I also think the bag could benefit from being 1-2cm taller just to accommodate bats bigger than SH.

My favourite part is that you can lay the bag down (yes I know, not the purpose of a duffle lol) and access your shoes and fully open the clothes section and access all your clothes. Then you stand it up and access your batting or keeping kit. It’s a nice order of operation for those with mild OCD like myself haha.

I loved my old GN Prestige duffle, apart from the bat storage. It was in the main compartment, and the way the zip worked meant that the main zip caught on the top of the bat handles. Its the main driver for my change. No other bag has as good pockets as the Prestige though - lots of internal pockets and zipped sections. In the end I decided to take a separate rucksack for all my captains supplies (spare spikes, FAK, grips, suncream, grip cone, balls, pens/pencils, scorebook)

I have the same issue with the bat storage on my GN Ultra. It’s almost as if they just forgot to add a cm or two tot he bag length haha
