I recently got a Gray Nicholls Ultra over here in Australia. It’s the same as the GN550 Team Duffle over the in the UK, just rebranded differently for our market (it’s only a slightly different shade of blue really)
Has many compartments- bat cave, shoe, clothes/accessories, small side accessories, mesh/net, helmet and valuables pocket. I love sectioning out my gear so the helmet pocket was a necessity to me. So many nice bags out there are just let down by not having this imo. I like pads to go in their own side pockets too, which helps the bag stand up when loaded too. It doesn’t stand up as well once you remove the pads and bats, but that’s the case for most duffles that don’t have wheels I’ve found.
The helmet pocket can store gloves as well which I love. Fits full batting and keeping kit and still a decent amount of room left. Room for 3 bats but I will say it is a little misleading when it says “padded bat compartment”, as that really just means one side is padded (which also serves as the padding on your back when you are carrying it). The bat sleeves aren’t padded and there’s no padding on the side that sits next to the main compartment. It’s not an issue for me as I just use separate bat sleeves anyway (which I personally think are better) but I still think it’s cheeky to say padded bat cave when the reality it isn’t really.
I also think the bag could benefit from being 1-2cm taller just to accommodate bats bigger than SH.
My favourite part is that you can lay the bag down (yes I know, not the purpose of a duffle lol) and access your shoes and fully open the clothes section and access all your clothes. Then you stand it up and access your batting or keeping kit. It’s a nice order of operation for those with mild OCD like myself haha.
