It’s rather ironic that so soon after the Independent Commission for Equity in Cricket was announced we see antics like this in the long room at the Home of Cricket… Not a good look at all.
Also glad to hear that those cretins disgracing the long room will have their memberships torn up, really poor timing considering the player who was targeted and the issues England cricket has identified with certain systemic inequalities. I'm sure it's just a few rotten apples in the basket, but I thought the form was poor in general from the crowd.
