Here you go - the BDM is top right, and the Slaz bottom right (still have both but planning to sell as focusing on GN now)

Here is my son's Harrow vintage Kippax Leviathon:

https://photos.app.goo.gl/eJmd2rorDzUQjRQL9

These are definitely some of the best stickers and presentation. I thought it was a devil picture but I now see that these are dragons. I particularly like the old style lettering. It's a shame so few of the bats nowadays have this kind of artwork.

The grains are really nice and it still pings well, although on close inspection I think it might be starting to delaminate. I may do some repair work before next season...

Now if we are talking really vintage kit, take a look at

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vintage-Primitive-Wooden-Cricket-Bat-Sports-Bar-Pub-Man-Cave-Decorative/292920377307

Could it be genuine? Or maybe just a modern mock-up

No splice so either very old, or homemade, I would suggest the latter. My mate has something very similar in his garage, he made it out of a spare piece of oak he had lying around when his kids were young (20yrs ago)

I think the bat labelled as a Kippax is actually a HCB Reflex, it has the same distinctive shape as the Reflex

The SP is nice as well, pity it's missing some labels

marketed by David Gower late in his career - wonder where they were made/who made the bats for them as was probably too early for the small company bulk buying from RNS/SG etc?

i loved the gloves he wore!!!

Looks like it's maybe been used once, saw the same seller also sold one in mint condition earler, albiet a nasty non oil one. For 40 quid these are both lovely.

I've still got a GM Cannon original in the garage, one of the best bats I owned. Still original stickers but delaminated beyond repair I think. Most of the middle is stuck to the scuff sheet, otherwise repair I'd get it repaired as would love to try and use it in a net again just for old times sake.
