Awesome T20 game this weekend.

Here are the stats.

We Scored 192/9 off 20 overs
Opposition 98/6 off 20 overs.

Personal Stats 21 off 8 balls.

Entire line up fired and is looking in good form.

to be fair ive made it sound worse
i bought a gray nics from soulman on here that goes like a train but has a crack in the toe but never sure when to use it because it sounds horrible and i dont know how long it will last. My bb has had a crack since last season but has got progressively worse and i had an mrf which was about 7 years old so not a problem when that cracked

Not got it Sussed at all, hence why I train so hard and strive to continue to improve but at 31 and with a dodgy knee there is no point bothering to try for the 'big' clubs. Might as well just play below it and enjoy the cricket.

Hey Adie. We lost that first game of the season against Cheltenham. They had a lad Liam Norwell who I hadn't heard about before. 6ft 5 and bowled a heavy ball. First time for a few years that I have thought "right concentrate as he could hit me here" shapens the mind.

I now see that he has played every game for Gloucestershire since then !! Typical

Played fellow Cbf'er ginger business club yesterday(he did not play) and we got battered, less said about that the better.......

Then played against Kieron_bt tonight. He got a few not out and end of there innings in a tight encounter(them 71 off 12) and we knocked them off with 2 balls to spare.

I got 8 runs off first over and was striking it nicely, thought it was my day, but got bowled for 14 of 21balls. They bowled well  and it really wasn't easy,
Kieron stumped well.

Good game really. Love a tight chase.

Good game of last man stands today. I opened and got twenty odd before a big leading edge was caught at long on. We eventually made 180 odd with our skipper hitting a huge six last ball of our innings for 12 runs, the second game in succession he's managed that, so he'll fly up the batting rankings.

We looked like we'd restrict them short but they got a couple of good overs in and dragged themselves to the point where they needed 7 off the last ball to win. Our skipper was bowling and the batsman managed to heave it over the short boundary for 12 and the win.

Good game and played in a good spirit too which always makes it more enjoyable in my book.

if the last ball of the innings goes for 6 it counts as double.

i had it happen to me when i bowled last year and it was the only way we could have lost

Basically the last ball of both innings if hit for six will be counted as twelve. One of the quirks along with the double play!

What's the double play? Being able to get both batsmen out off one ball I assume?

You weren't on pitch one at Regents Park tonight we're you? We saw the winning 12 as we were giving "dominate and penetrate" a bit of their own medicine in what rapidly became a decidedly unfriendly encounter, where they got frustrated by mistakes and the sledging/arguing was not suitable for young ears.

It wasn't helped by an umpire who didn't know the rules. Still, a win is a win...

if the batsmen is out caught the non strikers has to get back to the bowlers end otherwise he can be run out
