That's a great spot - I remember seeing the photos of Ben Stokes bat with a similar sticker on the handle of his bar when he was celebrating his ton in Perth

He could've at least applied the top one properly! I wouldn't be able to cope with a grip looking like that!

He could have it set like that so as to make sure his hands do not go too low on the grip, iv had that recommended to me ask hold the bat very low into the handle

My bat grip OCD wouldn't be able to cope!
Wrap the handle in tape found that bit to make a bulge or something that looks tidier lol

Garret j makes all the best bats. Doesn't anyone know that?

Gayle
Finch
Warner
Clark
Tendulkar.....

That's why he pretends he's an "untrained willow hack". Keeps up the persona and no one finds out.

Good point, never thought of that. Would give it a go myself but I struggle getting one grip on!

I visited a place locally that claimed to make Chris Gayle, Ian Bell, Broad, Kp's etc.. Just had to smile and keep quiet when the guy who I went with went 'oh, i'll have one of their bats if they use it, must be good'... yeha, the ones they give them are good (if they make for them!).. the ones they'll sell you are the standard ones mate. unlucky.

I visited a batmaker who didn't claim to make for anyone then I saw the photos on the wall.....
