Consecutive ODI hundreds for Ross Taylor, third time in his career he has achieved this feat.

New Zealand win by 3 wickets. Lead the series 2-1.

Jamie Overton has now been called up to the squad, maybe we can play one of them and switch them without anyone noticing during the match  ;).

Only that England are poor at both Ha Ha

England score 400 plus in the 1st ODI win by a record score  against an excellent kiwi bowling attack  considered by many in the press to be the best ever ODi match and 300 of 45 overs in the 3rd ODi and are called poor strange that.

Ermmm?  Both Overton boys called up to the squad?

whilst I'm sure they are worthy players both - neither set the county and one-day scene alight do they? Are there not other, better one day bowlers on the scene?

I will look up their figures, but it does seem a somewhat left-field selection.

I had assumed people like Harris, Brooks, Coles, Footit etc were in the queue - but maybe they are poo at One day stuff?

As a somerset fan I completely agree Fattus. They have potential to be brilliant players Jamie bowls 90mph + Craig isn't quite as quick but has more control and both are hard hitting batsmen with Craig as the better bat.

I'm sure on a few years if they both progress well then it's a good selection but at the mo it's just about potential

They're in the system though Fattus - they have Loughborough membership cards and have played Lions.
Harris on the other hand said in an interview that the Performance squad 'training' he did ruined his action...

Will we change sides today?

With willeys decent figures and early swing in last odi I can't see the bowling side of things changing.

As for batting will we go same again or will they try get Taylor in for some staying power?
If so how do they do it?

Taylor to 3/4/5/6 everyone move down one? Billings out?
Or
Root open for Roy and Taylor at 3?

I personally reckon it will be same xi, and will enjoy watching them. Weather alowing

If we win tonight it will be 4 consecutive series wins in England for the BlackCaps. Outstanding.

Same XI for me. No reason to change for this series. Getting the crowds back on the side of England will do wonders when it comes to the ashes. People will be excited to come and watch again.
