Looks bloody Massive mate from side on. Also looks to be a lovely mid - mid/high middle top work. Looks like we have a few quality new bat makers on here now which is great to see

Yeah it's a big bat, spine is huge and theres very minimal concaving. It's currently the same weight as the one above, but bigger and there's more in the toe too.  Not a shape I'd use personally but it's a great bat.

Thanks. Can anyone tell what the original was from this shoulder stamp?

Looks a good copy mate, definitely prefer the second bat (the one you made) to the first.

Thanks mate, appreciate that. The profiles are pretty much identical but the copy slightly different into the handle and bigger all over, with more wood in the toe as the originals was pretty thin

Finished off and ready to. 2lbs 14oz but with a thick grip and double binding, as requested. 44mm edges and 70mm+ spine.

I bought one of the bat's a few pages back and it really is a fantastic piece of timber! Huge for 2.10lb and possibly the best pick up I've felt. Pings all over too!

Great feedback mate, appreciate it!

I would just point out Luke contacted me though Instagram and so it hopefully wasn't sold by breaking any rules 😁

A few bats done recently. The bottom one is my new stick. Low middle, minimal concaving and just fitting through  the gauge at 2lbs 10oz. Angled the toe 'Aldred style' with it slightly squarer at the back as a bit of an experiment and cos I'm a bat tapper! 😆

The others were for customers and made to spec. The first a big G1 at 2lbs 12oz. The second is a G3 and customer asked for a fuller profile, so smaller edges but still a good size at 2lbs 9oz. Lovely clefts all of them.

Let me know your thoughts. Feedback as always is welcome...

Looking good bud, particularly your own bat. Fan of the angled toe, find it feels nicer in the crease if nothing else.

Thanks mate, appreciate that. Yeah I like the angled toe on mine, but wouldn't do them as standard I don't think as maybe not everyone's taste?
