As yet I have no kit ready for 2022!

Of course I will be using a Stealth Bat - F22 2'9 (https://stealthcricket.com/product/stealth-f22-cricket-bat/)and I was hoping to have some Stealth kit but with all the trouble surrounding importing softs into the UK I have no idea what to use!

If you're not planning on indoor nets, you'll be okay, otherwise you're in trouble, mate! 😉

Very little change to my kit again this year... Might be something of a record to have the same kit for so long, but I haven't seen anything better so I will keep using this...

Oh and this is way too much GN. 😂

GN300 duffle.
Pro performance pads
Prestige gloves
Other gn gloves x2.
GN test thigh pad
Asics strikerate spikes
Masuri lid. (new this year, has a ti grille from my old lid.)

4 bats,
BB Hulk bat, retired now, but looks so good after its refurb...
Indian Colt bat which GN rehandled for me
Chase butterfly
Keeley butterfly (which my elder son is rather keen on "borrowing")

Talking of my son, his kit is all vks, plus the same lid as me and a stunning keeley...

Elder son's Keeley...(Harrow)

Younger son's GN (size 1)

Just made it ready for indoor nets.
Holding it, I feel I'm a Pro 😀
110 is written on it's handle, a bat with terrific feel!
It weights 2lb 8oz.

Indoor nets start on Friday so been sorting out my kit.

In true CBF tradition looks like I will have all new match kit for the season.

In the photos -

Bats -
Choice Custom - has been my match bat for a very long time now
Keeley Worx - This should be my new match bat I hope

Pads - Neon and Willow & Wand

Gloves - Willow & Wand and Unbranded hybrids - the new W&W gloves feel amazing can't wait to try these.

Keeping gear - Hunts County Players Gloves and Pads

Other - Club Duffle, Strettons/P2's, Spiked Reeboks and Asics Trainers, Masuri Vision Ti Helmet

Are the W&W pads slightly larger than the Neons or is that just the angle? Keeley looks very nice as well, bit of character in it too.

Yes the W&W Pads are a bit bigger.

The Keeley has some heartwood and blemishes but nothing major in the areas that matter. I like a bat with a bit of character as you say, my Choice has some Heartwood on it.

Think I’m now done with my 2022 kit… Still possible I will add some remfry or M&H thigh pads and maybe a new pair of spikes - but pretty much there!

Match Kit:

Helmet: Club Masuri OS2 Titanium
Thigh Pads: Strettons
Gloves: JN Garrard x2 (thanks to @SurreySam for the idea here!)
Pads: Phantom Limited 2021
Bag: B3 D145 Wheelie Duffle

Bats:

GM Dan Lawrence Player Edition (2lb 9oz)

B3 Custom 2 stripe 32.2 (2lb 7oz)

Chase FLC SSH (2lb 8oz)

Training Bag:

Helmet: Masuri OS2 Titanium
Pads: GN Legend (possible these will still make it to the match bag as I’ve never been able to properly replace them yet!)
Gloves: B3 split finger x2
Thigh pads: Aero P2
Bag: JN Garrard Mini duffle - ideal for training, fits a full set of senior kit - only downside is the bat sleeve is very tight with an adult bat.

Other kit not pictured: Adidas SL22 shoes, Payntr Mk2 pimples for indoors/astro, shock doctor box x2 (one in each bag), some other bats that are on eBay!

Big fan of your kit mate, are the chase and B3 based on this GM?

How’d you find the yellow GM grips, interested to hear your thoughts?
