Someone got his money's worth last week. Think he played and captained an IPL team.

The guy who made 158 hit 200* in the previous match... he also opened the bowling and had 12 overs! Reckon he got his subs worth?

The guy who made 273 has scored 1400 runs in 14 innings at 177... also gave himself 3 overs!! (averaging 12 with the ball too!)

Reckon they're playing below their standards?!

Looking at it, there oppo are second in the league!!!

From what I understand RMU are a club formed a few years ago and are working their way up the leagues.  I presume with the goal to get into the Sussex County league.  The invitational league is a feeder for the county league.

Played for, but didn't captain Sunrisers Hyderabad

But he pretty much does this every week for Hutton, absurdly good signing!

He got not alot last week. Funny thing was when they signed him last season, he thought that Essex had signed him and even thanked Essex ccc for signing him on Twitter. But still, a propper player

This happened in WEPL 1 yesterday. Cracking attempt at a run chase by Taunton Deane.

I play for Corsham, and when everyone got the news in the 3XI at Lunch, everyone was in disbelief... We've got a habit for players getting big scores. A few seasons back, someone scored 293...

Edit: In fact that 293 scored was also against Taunton Deane

Michael Gould

this seems to be him - http://www.espncricinfo.com/england/content/player/297487.html

Son of Ian Gould the international cricket umpire!

Think he also works for Newbery.

Chatted about this today as we played Timsbury last season, do you think the bowlers were complacent after posting a record score for Timsbury?

They may well have done!
32 sixes and 717 runs scored.
That's got to be up there in the record books of the B&D?

Gouldy has played Sussex 2s and premier league cricket, at a number of clubs.  Used to play At Brighton and Hove, would still be in the firsts I would expect if he was still there.  The league he his playing in now is between Brighton's 3rds and 4ths so way below the level he should be at.

Not ridiculous in terms of high scores but my old club played in an odd game this week.

Batted first and were skittled for 168. Oppo went from 148-1 to 166 all out with about 25 overs remaining!

we chased down 317 to win Saturday. one of the best games ive played in, not a good day to be a bowler though as my terrible figures suggest... http://www.steepcc.co.uk/reports/r1270615sc.pdf
