All of the fixtures are a touch weird!  We're playing Hutton for the second time when we haven't played Westcliff or Gidea yet!  Our ones are playing Brentwood when they haven't played Chingford or Upminster yet!

Yeah, I've heard that a lot about Miller.  Clever bowler these days, got me out twice in three games last year!  Looking at it, it seems he hasn't played for Hutton this year.  Although their batting looks pretty handy.

They were interesting.  Especially as Westcliff and you were playing on end strips close to each other!  I didn't notice too much though as I was keeping

A c0ck up by the groundsman, one strip should have been the other side of the square. It can take a bit of getting used to, after 20years i've finally got used to it

we had our second exmoor cup game. bowled first didnt get a wicket but got 2 good catches on the boundary dropped a one handed diving catch on the last ball. they ended up on 168 after their opener hit 80.

i got 34 then outside edge loop up to fly slip we ended up on 108.

I was down at our ground earlier today and the pitch was really white, looked like an absolute road. Unfortunately I'm injured, but it's raining there at the minute anyway and we don't have covers!

I think it's going to be a on then off then on again then off again day today. Gutted.Been raining since the early hours non stop.More of a drizzle now but forecast is much of the same all day.

Just returned to home after a 40 mile round journey and the sun is out arrived at home ground at 12.30 for 1pm start only to find out that a groundmans inspection had taken place at 11.45am and todays match had been called off so frustrating.
