Stuff happens on the field. Kohli send off was probably about chatting on the mic. I can understand chatting with commentators from the field in BBL. But for an international game that can be avoided.

I didn't see the first appeal, highlights cover only the second lbw I guess. It looked out to me may be a slower replay would do more good.

Every team has specimens like Kohli and their on-field drama makes it more interesting. As long as they don't start a verbal fight I think these antics are fine ...

Seems like anti-India sentiment is pretty strong here :)

Agreed Sanredrose - you'll very often witness that syndrome (anti Indian) on here with some pricks. The lbw appeal that guy is referring to was very much a 'umpire's discretion' kinda call which must have happened innumerable times before & can go either way coz the umpire only has 1 real time view of it.
This DRS s**t is weird too. It's just India's preference- & hey, they've died by the sword too so don't see the point of all the irrational moaning on here

Why is it when someone says something about an Indian player it's anti-India and we are pricks but when something is said about Anderson or Warner then that's all fine... There is certainly a "syndrome" here but it's certainly not Anti-Indian

Heyy, nothing against either Number4 - hope no offence taken because none was intended. My only thing was have some rationale behind speaking ill about someone. Nothing kohli or the umpire had done which hasn't happened before - factually, both only part of the game.

Ashwins first appeal the batsmen hit, Dhoni and Aswhin charged at the umpire, the umpired crumbled on the second appeal. Team india have this massive inferiority complex, moan about mean Australians not walking, sledging etc yet are every bit as bad themselves but that's all ok. Hypocritical to the extreme.

Exactly so why is it Anti-Indian... I've said similar things about Anderson and his antics as have some of the English guys said similar about Aussie players but neither of us have been accused of being Anti-English or Anti-Australian so why is it different now when someone mentions an Indian player?

Confused :( :( :( :( :(

Kohli is a complete tit I'm afraid chum, nothing 'anti-indian' about that. Goes about his cricket like an over-competitive child.

I would love to have kohli on my side, a competitive beast. Playing against him you'd know that he will compete and you have to respect that.
Would fit into the Aussie system nicely.

Kohli is a terrific player and a complete knob on the field. it's not anti Indian.

I play cricket with a load of Indians and Pakistani's and they think Virat is a bell end too.Whereas Dravid/SRT/Schwag are virtually worshipped.

good player thou  :)

Don't see anything wrong in countering chatter received from the opposition. He is a character & more than backs it up with his bat.

I like Kholi I like Warner I dislike Smith because he spits all the time.

I love character on a sports field remember somebody has to be the pantomime villain.

At least Kholi can back it up with ability (No Swearing Please) or not!!!

None play for England so I will do not really care but it good to see the worlds best have the edge with each other way it should be.

He isn't countering chatter, he provokes it.

I agree with what you're saying, it's the hypocrisy and victim status of supporters that annoys me.
